Our sessions take place in a private facility in East Fortune: a quiet, fully equipped training space designed for focused, one-to-one coaching without distractions. It’s the ideal environment to get your head down and train with everything you need at hand. We welcome anyone of any age, and sessions can be delivered one-to-one or in small groups of 3 to 4.
If you’d like added accountability or more support outside your in-person sessions, online coaching can be included as part of your package. This offers custom programming between sessions, guidance around recovery and nutrition, and support in working toward your bigger-picture goals.
